Contractors and delivery vehicles will be charged road access fees
at the Security Gate on Fripp Island. Be sure that you have discussed
this with the contractor, service provider, or store making the delivery
before having anyone come to the Island.

Dear Contractor:
You may download an application for 2008-2009 Fripp Island decals for your business vehicles
HERE. Please read this application thoroughly. The decal will be valid from April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009.
There are no changes in the billing and fee structure since last year.
The following information will be required for each vehicle registered:
REQUIRED: For those companies registering more than one (1) vehicle, we require a separate sheet of paper containing the license, registration and insurance information for each vehicle. If the required information is not received this way, we will be unable to process your decal request.
NEW for 2008-2009: $100 FINE FOR NOT TARPING YOUR TRUCK LOAD!
Please complete both pages of the application and send by mail, email, fax or in person, together with a copy of all requested information and your payment. Please call Tina Reeves, Assistant General Manager, at 843-838-4155, if you have any questions concerning your application or decals.
A reminder:
Fripp Island Property Owners Association Policy does not allow any cuts made in FIPOA roads. For a complete road policy, please call the POA office. Permission is required for removal of any trees or alteration of vegetation characteristics, with the exception of direct entry driveways that cross FIPOA right of way, and the tree removal or vegetation alteration has been approved by the Fripp Island Architectural Review Board.

DOWNLOAD COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DECAL APPLICATION
Below is a list of businesses and concerns for whom access fees are excluded for the benefit of property owners.
No person entering Fripp Island in a vehicle with a business, commercial or contractor decal shall be allowed to engage in any activity on Fripp Island other than business, commercial or construction. A violation of this prohibition will cause the revocation of such privileges for that person or business entity, or both.
All contractors coming onto the Island must pay a fee.
Owners may not call them in as guests.
