Right of Entry Agreement
Have you signed the Right of Entry Agreement so we can have our contractor tarp your house in the event of a hurricane evacuation?
There is a place Fripp Island homeowners can communicate with each other, share information on service providers, transportation into town or to the airport and many other topics. Fripp-notes is the vehicle for this information.
To get on the list, send a message to fripp-note-join@lists.islc.net. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email you receive from the list server to complete the subscriptionprocess.
There are restrictions: No Jokes, No Advertising, & No Chain-letters.
FREE Wireless access at FIPOA office, 225 Tarpon Boulevard. If you can bring your laptop to the office, you're welcome to use the Board room. If you come after office hours, you can access from your car!
If you are visiting the island and would like information on accessing your home email and internet service, there are Beaufort County internet providers who have local phone numbers so you will not incur long distance phone calls. They provide both weekly and monthly plans.

We would like to have all property owners on our automatic email list! We will notify you with hot news, minutes, any happenings that involve the POA. If you are interested please
stating "Add me to the POA minutes list!" Please include your Fripp Island address in the email.
The addresses will not be given out to any other source.
